Terms of Use
For the GameVerse Android application

Plain English: GameVerse is a free game. Play it, enjoy it, don't resell or rip it off, and understand that in-app reward points are just points — they aren't money and can't be cashed out.
1. Agreement
By downloading, installing or using GameVerse ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app. The app is published by GameVerse ("we", "us").
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use GameVerse on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
You may not:
- Sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or attribution notices
- Modify the app or its stored data to manipulate scores, rewards or achievements, and then present the results as genuine
- Republish it to any app store or distribution channel
3. Cost and purchases
GameVerse is free. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no advertising. We will never ask you for payment inside the app. If you encounter anything claiming otherwise, it is not our app — please tell us.
4. Reward points have no real-world value
This matters, so it is stated plainly:
- Reward points, coins, streaks, achievements and leaderboard positions exist only inside the app on your device
- They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for money, goods or services
- They are not a virtual currency, not a security, and not gambling: you stake nothing of real-world value and can win nothing of real-world value
- The "Redeem" area of the app is a local, in-game feature only and does not entitle you to any real-world item
- We may adjust, reset or discontinue the reward system in any update
5. Your data and your device
All game data is stored locally on your device. We keep no copy and provide no backup or sync service. If you uninstall the app, clear its storage, lose your device or switch to a new one, your progress is permanently lost and cannot be restored by us. 6. Intellectual property
The app, its source code, its artwork, its logo and the GameVerse name belong to us and are protected by copyright.
Every game in GameVerse is an original implementation. Where a game follows a well-known genre or classic public-domain concept — sliding-tile puzzles, snake, minesweeper, hangman, ludo, tic tac toe and similar — the implementation, artwork and code are our own. We do not use, and do not claim any association with, any third party's characters, artwork, brands or trademarks. Any resemblance in name is descriptive of the genre only.
If you believe something in the app infringes your rights, contact us at gameverse.support@gmail.com with details and we will investigate promptly.
7. Acceptable use
GameVerse has no online features, no chat and no user-generated content, so there is little scope for misuse. You nonetheless agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that interferes with anyone else's device or rights.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue the app, any game within it, or these terms at any time. Games listed as "Coming soon" are indications of intent, not commitments — we may change or drop them. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, progress or device functionality, arising from your use of the app. Since the app is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to zero, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Consumers retain all statutory rights that cannot be waived by agreement.
11. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the app.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
